Tuesdays 4.30 - 8pm
Wednesdays 3.30 - 7pm
Thursdays 4.30 - 7.30pm
Fridays 5.30 - 7.00pm
Saturdays 9 - 10.30am
Sundays 3.30 - 5.30pm
The coaching team are also able to help out of hours when at the club, just let them know and they will be more than happy to help.
